Cancellation & Refund Policy

At IRIS International, we are committed to providing high-quality sports and fitness goods to our global customers. We understand that sometimes cancellations and refunds may be necessary, and we strive to make the process as smooth as possible.
1. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders canceled within this period will receive a full refund.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, customers may request a return or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
- Custom & Bulk Orders: Cancellation is not allowed for custom or bulk orders once production has started.
2. Return & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns and refunds in the following cases:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The product received does not match the description.
To be eligible for a return/refund:
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of damage (photos/videos) must be provided.
3. Refund Process
- Once the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- For defective or incorrect items, IRIS International will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Used, worn, or damaged items (not due to shipping).
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Clearance or discounted items.
